Turtles All The Way Down
by John Green
This is fiction and geared towards young adults but I love it. The author uses his own struggles with anxiety to portray what is a very real look into mental illness for one young girl. It introduced me to the "thought spiral."
Dr. Nicole Cain
Dr. Cain has become my go to very recently. She a Naturopathic doctor with a focus on clinical psychology. These types of doctors are hard to find and right up my alley. They keep the focus on root cause and treating with a diversity of methods. She is so generous with the education and information she puts out. Love!
